Economic impact - COSTA NORTE
We are a local company and our mission is to support the local economy of Costa Norte. Our projects alone will generate more than two thousand new direct jobs and will have a secondary job-creating effect through nourishing local businesses. We focus on local employment and provide training to increase the employability, skills, and qualifications of the local workforce, and prioritize the purchase of local products and goods to support small enterprises in the region.
Furthermore, luxury developments will inherently attract a profile of visitors with a high ability to spend but have a low footprint. This is in line with our strategy of High Value, Low Impact tourism which serves the purpose of creating an image of exclusivity and high-yield for the region of Costa Norte - an optimal development strategy balancing economic development and sustainability.
Environmental
We recognize that our business has an important role to play in protecting and enhancing the environment for future generations. Beyond complying with all environmental laws, each development inherently takes into consideration:
Resource efficiency – We aim to reduce, reuse, and recycle the resources consumed by our business wherever practical, through saving water, reducing energy consumption, and implementing waste management programs.
Biodiversity preservation - We plan activities such as environmental education for local schools and communities, as well as hands-on clean-ups, reforestation, coral preservation, mangroves protection, the reintroduction of native species, and others.

We are committed to supporting the local communities around our developments. That means being a valued, responsible community partner by ensuring that our business objectives enhance the quality of life of people in the local towns close to our projects and immediate project neighbors.
To support the resiliency and sustainable development of our neighboring communities, we support local businesses, invest in the development of local organic farming, sponsor youth development and woman empowerment programs. Furthermore, we are pro local talent through the creation of educational and talent programs for community members to increase the employability and further facilitate local employment.
